Orders

I collect billing information during checkout like your name, business name, email, and phone number. I use this information to contact you and provide services to you. This information may be retained indefinitely. Please contact me if you would like your information to be removed from my database(s), and I will try to honor your request.

During checkout you will also be redirected to a secured Stripe checkout page to pay for your order with your payment card. On this Stripe page, you will be asked for your name and address, along with your payment card information. All of this information is required to process your payment. Stripe shares your billing address with me, which is necessary for me to communicate with you through the mail, as it may become necessary from time to time. Analytics

I use Matomo Analytics to track page visits, link clicks, page load times, and more on this website. Tracking is implemented to see which pages are performing well, overall page experience, and how many visitors are on the website at any given time, among other things. Raw analytics data is kept for no more than a year and a half at a time, while aggregated reports are kept indefinitely. Cookies are not used to collect your usage data.

I do not share non-aggregate analytics information with third parties, but may from time-to-time share anonymous, aggregated data (data which cannot be used to identify your usage specifically) with third parties, as I find necessary for advertisement or Matomo example purposes.

Affiliate Links and Ads

This website may contain affiliate links and ads.

When you click on an affiliate link, the affiliate owning the website where the link comes from will know that you’ve been referred to them from this website, growplugins.com. In addition, the affiliate will place cookies in your browser to track if and when you make any purchases on their website. These cookies are used to determine when the affiliate should compensate GrowPlugins, LLC for a referral. Referral cookies will last no more than 180 days, or until you delete them from your browser, whichever comes first.

Newsletters

If you subscribe to one of my newsletters, I can keep you up to date about the latest articles, free giveaways, and other shenanigans going on here at the GrowPlugins website. When you subscribe, I retain a record of your name and email address, which I use to send you the newsletter. I send out one newsletter every two weeks, or even less often than that. You don’t need to worry about being bombarded with emails.
